Story

Karan (Akshaye Khanna) and Priya (Amisha Patel) are dance partners in a troupe. And they are in love too. Karan very ambitious and wants more from life. Priya is happy with what she has. By hook and crook and murdering a fellow troupe leader, Karan manages to get on the cruise ship owned by millionaire Raj Singhania (Bobby Deol) to perform for entertainment. Raj is debonair and sophisticated. He soon succumbs to Priya's innocent charms and sexy body! Raj has no clue about her affair with Karan. He falls in love with her and after some songs proposes. She accepts.

Well the twist here is it is Karan's plan to get her married to her and then divorced with loads of alimony. Soon, they get married. A troupe member who stumbles on their secret, on the other hand, is blackmailing Karan. Priya now is unsure about divorcing and humiliating Raj as he is Mr goody two shoes. She in turn really this time falls in love with him. She cuts herself off from Karan. He tells Raj the story before she can and he is furious. Raj now wants Priya dead and gives Karan 5 crores to kill her. He doesn't go but sends a contract killer who gets killed by Karan in the struggle with Priya. Now Raj, Karan and Priya all have something to hide? Who is able to and who is not?
