Story

Karan (Riteish Deshmukh) and Rahul (Tusshar Kapoor) are wannabe cool dudes. And then you have a serial killer who is on the loose. Dr. Screwvala (Anupam Kher) who actually is nutcase is given charge of this case. Rahul is mistaken to be the killer. Enter Inspector Urmila Martodkar (Isha Koppikar) who is a pain in ass (no pun) for every eve-teasing smart-ass. Urmila bolts with Screwvala to solve the case.
